About the role
Quantum-Systems is seeking a Senior E/E Engineer to own electromagnetic compatibility and compliance for their UGV platforms. You will lead the strategy from design to certification, ensuring vehicles meet both civil and military standards. This role involves building internal EMC capabilities and collaborating across cross-functional teams to integrate robust E/E designs.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the EMC and E3 compliance strategy for UGV platforms.
- Develop and integrate grounding, bonding, shielding, and harness concepts for vehicles.
- Manage RF coexistence on dense platforms including datalinks and tactical radios.
- Build and manage an in-house pre-compliance lab for testing and troubleshooting.
- Lead full compliance campaigns at component, subsystem, and vehicle levels.
- Create EMC control plans, test procedures, and qualification evidence.

Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics or a comparable technical field
- 8+ years of EMC experience in automotive, commercial vehicle, rail, aerospace or defence
