About the role

Flex is building an AI-native private bank for business owners, re-architecting financial systems from the ground up. This role involves supporting the legal team across commercial agreements, product and regulatory matters, and corporate governance. The successful candidate will work directly with internal teams to provide practical legal guidance and help improve legal processes using technology.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise commercial agreements including NDAs, vendor agreements, and customer contracts.
• Support contract negotiations by preparing drafts and redlines and researching issues.
• Assist with product and regulatory matters, including researching legal requirements and preparing customer-facing materials.
• Research federal and state laws and regulations to provide practical guidance to business partners.
• Support regulatory and licensing work, including preparing filings and responding to requests from regulators and banks.
• Assist with disputes, litigation, collections, and recovery matters.
• Maintain corporate records and support general corporate governance matters.
• Help build and improve legal templates, playbooks, and processes using AI and other technology.

Qualifications
