About the role

As a Senior Online-Redakteur / Content Consultant, you will develop content strategies, advise clients, and implement content across digital channels. You will collaborate with editorial, SEO, development, and design teams to create relevant B2C and B2B content. The role involves using modern editorial systems and AI tools to shape digital experiences that meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients to develop content strategies and creative B2C and B2B concepts.
• Manage customer projects independently, coordinate stakeholders, and define KPIs to track success.
• Develop target-group-oriented content concepts for text, image, and video across digital channels.
• Lead the content portion of pitches, including story development and cross-departmental coordination.
• Present concepts to clients and facilitate workshops from conception to completion.
• Write and edit content, including guide texts and newsletters, while providing constructive feedback.
