About the role
The Head of Customer Supply Chain will lead a critical function at the heart of the business, ensuring excellent service delivery and strategic alignment. This high-profile leadership role involves managing both the Customer Services and Customer Supply Chain teams while acting as a key link between customers, commercial teams, manufacturing, and logistics. The successful candidate will shape supply chain strategy, drive continuous improvement, and manage major customer relationships across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Provide inclusive leadership to Customer Supply Chain Managers and the Customer Services Manager to foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Develop and deliver the end-to-end Customer Supply Chain vision in alignment with commercial, manufacturing, and logistics priorities.
- Act as a senior representative for the company with key customers, leading Joint Supply Chain Business Plans and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Take accountability for customer service performance, including OTIF, forecast accuracy, case fill, and customer satisfaction.
- Champion innovation, process improvement, and cost-to-serve optimisation while ensuring supply chain insights influence business decisions.

Qualifications
