Senior AI R&D Engineer – Model Training

About the role

As a Senior AI R&D Engineer, you will join the model training team to build and improve the model training pipeline. You will work across the full stack, optimizing training schedules, enabling large-scale code execution for reinforcement learning, and enhancing evaluation throughput. Your work will directly influence the infrastructure and tooling that accelerates model experimentation and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Optimize training load scheduling on clusters to improve pipeline performance and robustness
• Enable large-scale code execution for reinforcement learning tasks
• Enhance evaluation codebase to increase inference throughput
• Improve code maintainability through testing and architectural changes
• Collaborate with team members using techniques like mob or pair programming
