About the role
Capco France is seeking a PDLC/SDLC Expert to support major banking and financial services clients in optimizing their product and software development lifecycles. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, automation, and artificial intelligence to design and deploy solutions that improve development quality, speed, and reliability. The role involves integrating GenAI and AI-enabled workflows into development processes while ensuring security, traceability, and human oversight.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize PDLC and SDLC cycles to improve process quality, productivity, and reliability.
- Design and develop automation solutions in Python for software development, testing, validation, and maintenance.
- Integrate GenAI and AI-enabled workflows into engineering practices for code generation, review, documentation, and test automation.
- Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Architecture, and Product teams to industrialize solutions and strengthen CI/CD practices.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of deployed solutions and ensure responsible AI usage with appropriate validation and control mechanisms.
