About the role

Unmind is looking for a Software Engineer to join their team and ship features that help enterprise clients access mental health support. You will work across the full stack, leveraging AI-assisted development practices like Claude Code to design, build, and maintain reliable production features. This role involves taking ownership of technical solutions, improving system observability, and contributing to the team's collective learning.

Responsibilities

  • Ship features end-to-end from design and coding to testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Design solutions and write RFCs, making pragmatic trade-offs to fit existing architecture.
  • Respond to incidents and bugs while improving observability, security, and performance.
  • Tackle technical debt and refactor code to reduce risk and unblock delivery.
  • Integrate AI-assisted development tools into the full software development lifecycle.
