About the role

Granola is building a category-defining product that turns company conversations into actionable context for people and agents. As a Product Engineer, you will own user-facing features end to end, taking ideas from zero to one while working closely with the team and users. You will help shape the product direction, build agentic workflows, and maintain a high bar for engineering quality.

Responsibilities

  • Build agentic workflows that turn meeting insights into actionable tasks.
  • Develop team workspaces that create a shared context layer while prioritizing user privacy.
  • Maintain the core note experience to ensure AI-enhanced notes are accurate and trustworthy.
  • Prototype and ship daily experiments to the internal app for rapid feedback.
  • Extend the product across desktop, mobile, and various integrations.
