About the role

The Core Accounting team is at the heart of Pennylane's product value proposition, focusing on reliability, efficiency, and automation. The Senior Strategy & Operations role will partner with product leadership to bring structure, cadence, and operational standards to the team. You will be responsible for turning priorities into clear, measurable, and scalable execution within a complex and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product leadership to define, prioritize, and implement operational roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Design and establish scalable operational frameworks that support growth
• Lead comprehensive analyses to identify market opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and growth levers
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative research
• Spearhead strategic initiatives and pilot programs from ideation through implementation and measurement
• Identify and manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Serve as the operational nexus between the track and horizontal teams including care, sales, and other product teams
• Own the OKR process for the track, ensuring clarity of objectives and accountability for results
