Senior Software Engineer (C# .NET)

About the role

The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for the quality, development, and execution of software products within the TechOps team. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining efficient code and APIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. The engineer will also mentor junior staff and ensure the security and performance of applications throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Engage in all phases of application development, with a focus on coding and debugging in alignment with security standards
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code and APIs for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to mitigate issues
• Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Develop automation tests and collaborate with automation engineers
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
