Head of Finance

About the role

Superchat is looking for a Head of Finance to own the entire financial function and report directly to the founders. You will manage financial modeling, accounting, forecasting, and investor relations while acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the driver-based financial model and reconcile it to actuals monthly.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, liquidity planning, and cash conversion.
• Oversee bookkeeping, monthly, quarterly, and annual closings under HGB.
• Coordinate the annual audit with external auditors through to completed financial statements.
• Define and monitor key business metrics and provide variance analysis for management reporting.
• Lead financial due diligence and manage investor reporting and communication.
