Working Student Creator Marketing

About the role

Vicegolf is seeking a motivated Working Student to join their international Marketing team in Munich. You will support the team in managing creator partnerships, ambassador programs, affiliate relationships, and influencer campaigns across North America and Europe. This role offers hands-on experience in a global DTC brand environment, covering everything from initial outreach to performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Research and scout new golf creators, coaches, and influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Scale the affiliate program across North America and the EU by recruiting and onboarding new partners.
• Manage creator and affiliate outreach, follow-ups, and database maintenance.
• Handle end-to-end creator orders, including tracking shipments and setting up discount codes.
• Support campaign activations through briefings, timelines, and content approvals.
• Track and report on creator and affiliate performance metrics.
• Utilize AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
