About the role

The IT System Administrator will manage and maintain the entire IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, clients, and virtualized systems. This role involves ensuring stable operations through backup, patch management, and monitoring, while providing support to users and collaborating with external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Administer IT infrastructure including servers, networks, clients, and virtualized systems
• Manage Windows Server, Exchange, and central applications
• Handle user and permission management and provide technical support
• Ensure system stability through backup, patch management, and monitoring
• Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with external IT service providers

Qualifications
