About the role

1Komma5Grad is looking for a student to join their community and review management team. You will help maintain the company's public image by engaging with users on social media platforms and monitoring reviews. Additionally, you will lead a project focused on Generative Engine Optimization to improve content visibility in AI-driven search results.

Responsibilities

• Support the team with community engagement on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn by responding to comments and messages.
• Manage reviews on Trustpilot and Google by screening new entries and reporting issues.
• Monitor relevant video content on YouTube and provide structured feedback to the team.
• Actively participate in discussions on company posts to increase reach and visibility.
• Manage the Generative Engine Optimization project to ensure content is optimized for AI search results.
