About the role

The Datacenter Site Manager is responsible for the overall operation, reliability, and security of critical datacenter infrastructure. This role involves managing technical teams and external service providers, overseeing maintenance contracts, and ensuring high availability for hosted clients. The manager also leads infrastructure improvement projects and maintains compliance with site certifications.

Responsibilities

• Pilot the overall operation of the datacenter and its critical infrastructure to ensure availability and performance.
• Manage technical operations and maintenance teams, as well as external service providers.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance operations and associated contracts.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and update them based on operational feedback.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hosted clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare for audits and maintain site certifications.
• Support infrastructure evolution, extension, and continuous improvement projects.
• Produce internal and external reports and monitor performance, availability, and quality indicators.
