About the role

The Datacenter Site Director is responsible for the overall management of the datacenter and its critical infrastructure. This role ensures the availability, reliability, performance, and security of installations while managing technical teams and external service providers. The director also oversees maintenance operations, client relations, and site certifications.

Responsibilities

• Pilot the global site operations and ensure infrastructure availability and security.
• Enforce operational procedures and safety rules for all site interventions.
• Manage internal operations and maintenance teams as well as external service providers.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs and manage associated contracts.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare for audits and maintain site certifications.
• Oversee infrastructure extension, modernization, and continuous improvement projects.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators regarding availability and quality.
