Associate People Partner

About the role

The Associate People Partner will provide broad-ranging HR support for the London office, acting as a key point of contact for employees and managers. This role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, supporting performance management, and ensuring compliance with UK employment law. The position offers the opportunity to help build the People function from the ground up while partnering with global teams to maintain consistent practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for employees and managers on HR questions across the full employee lifecycle.
• Support GTM managers and employees while serving as the HR resource for all teams in the office.
• Manage employee relations matters with discretion and escalate to senior partners as needed.
• Coordinate core HR cycles including performance reviews, compensation planning, and engagement surveys.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems while building out People processes.
• Support hiring and onboarding logistics in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and best practices.
• Coach managers on foundational people management skills and GTM-specific structures.
