HR Generalist

About the role

As an HR Generalist for the factory, you will be a regular presence in production, supporting employees and managers with operational HR topics. You will act as a professional, pragmatic partner, driving HR initiatives independently while collaborating with the Senior HR Manager on complex organizational matters.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for employees and managers regarding operational HR topics and labor law.
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel documentation.
• Support payroll preparation and manage time tracking, shift models, and absence management.
• Provide advice on labor, tax, and social security law and manage audit processes.
• Optimize HR processes and contribute to reporting and personnel controlling.

Qualifications
