Senior IT Administrator

About the role

The thinkGROUP is a successful system house group focused on innovation and process optimization. We are looking for a Senior IT Administrator to join our Technical Consulting department to maintain and support our internal IT systems and networks. This role is based in Bochum, with options to work from our offices in Münster, Hamburg, Mainz, Nürnberg, or Leipzig.

Responsibilities

• Administration and maintenance of internal IT systems and networks
• Installation, configuration, and updating of hardware and software
• Providing technical support to employees for IT-related questions and issues
• Monitoring system performance and performing regular backups
• Implementing security measures to protect the IT infrastructure
• Documentation of IT processes and systems

Qualifications

• Completed IT training such as Fachinformatiker for system integration or Informationselektroniker
