About the role

The Syntax Institut is seeking a Senior Instructor to lead and develop curriculum for IT Administration and Cyber Security courses. You will be responsible for delivering live online lectures, mentoring students, and collaborating with the product team to refine educational materials. The role focuses on preparing participants for successful integration into the tech labor market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily online instruction including e-lectures and live demonstrations.
• Develop and update practical learning materials in collaboration with the product team.
• Provide student support, coordinate task assessments, and manage course reporting.
• Collaborate with the Student Success Team to support student progress and module completion.
• Mentor students and foster a motivating, supportive learning environment.
