About the role
Kigen IT is an IT system house specializing in Microsoft 365 and IT security. We are looking for a local professional to join our technical team in Engstingen to support our managed service clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage users, devices, and licenses in Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online
- Support hybrid environments with Active Directory and Entra Connect
- Process support tickets and provide direct customer assistance
- Perform on-site client visits for device rollouts and network tasks
- Assist with rollouts, migrations, and security projects

Qualifications
