About the role

As a student, you will gain practical experience in customer contact by working in our customer retention department. You will be responsible for advising existing customers who intend to cancel their contracts and working to retain them. This role is based on-site in Dortmund and is suitable for students looking to work at least 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone consultation to existing customers with cancellation intentions
• Retain customers who intend to cancel
• Act as a contact person for questions regarding contract extensions and tariff optimization
• Provide individual advice on suitable products
• Contribute to customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Carefully document and follow up on customer conversations
