About the role

As a student, you will gain practical experience in customer contact by working in our customer retention department. You will be responsible for advising existing customers who intend to cancel their contracts and working to retain them. This role is ideal for students who enjoy communicating with people and are looking for a flexible position alongside their studies.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone consultation to existing customers with cancellation intentions
• Retain customers who are considering cancellation
• Act as a contact person for questions regarding contract extensions and tariff optimization
• Provide individual advice on suitable products to contribute to customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Carefully document and follow up on customer conversations
