Senior Solutions Engineer, UK&I

About the role

The UK&I Solutions Engineering team guides Okta customers through their entire journey, from initial engagement to upsell and cross-sell. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, using your expertise in presentations and product demonstrations to ensure customers drive maximum value from the Okta Identity Platform.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer sales lifecycle.
• Build sales presentations and product demonstrations for diverse audiences including developers and C-level executives.
• Empathize with customers to discern their technical needs through detailed questioning.
• Present tailored solutions that address specific customer requirements.
• Advise customers on the capabilities and possibilities of the Okta Identity Platform.
