Senior Solution Engineer

About the role

The Senior Solution Engineer will blend technical expertise and business acumen to support the sales process from start to finish. This role involves identifying customer pain points and translating them into tailored, value-driven solutions to bridge the gap between business needs and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in account strategy planning with the Sales team
• Lead end-to-end Presales activities and create strong value propositions
• Perform tailored, high-level demos demonstrating business value
• Ensure delivery of strong Rfx’s, contextualized demos and powerful PoV’s
• Design solutions to fit client needs and environment during the sales process
• Resolve client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture
• Develop solution architectures for secure on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud implementations
