About the role
The Commercial Support Associate will manage tenders, vendor registrations, and customer assurance requests for institutional customers. This role sits at the center of the company, coordinating with internal teams including Sales, IT, Legal, and Finance to ensure requests are answered accurately and on time. The position supports the company mission by enabling institutional and business customers to adopt AMBOSS tools.
Responsibilities
- Support tender and procurement processes by coordinating required company information and documentation.
- Complete and maintain customer vendor registrations and onboarding requirements.
- Coordinate documentation and information requests from Sales and customers.
- Maintain and update commonly requested company documents.
- Track requests, deadlines, and dependencies across internal stakeholders.
- Identify and coordinate with subject-matter experts across IT, Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Security.
- Support the completion of customer questionnaires regarding company information, technology, privacy, AI, security, and compliance.
- Document and improve internal processes to increase efficiency for commercial and customer-assurance requests.

Qualifications
