Software Quality Operations Specialist

About the role

The Software Quality Operations team is responsible for enabling safe and successful scale-up into new international markets through adaptable and scalable operations. This role serves as a key link between AI/ML development and operational execution, focusing on issue discovery, triage efficiency, and quality assurance for autonomous vehicle services. You will partner with engineering to design and deploy machine learning tools while ensuring readiness for international expansion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI models and tools.
• Leverage AI-powered insights to proactively identify emerging on-road issue trends and risk scenarios.
• Define and document new policies, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures that integrate AI tools into daily workflows.
• Design and implement robust quality control processes for human and AI-generated outputs.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for technical policies and guidelines in new markets.
• Provide technical leadership and consultation to stakeholders to enhance workflows and quality.

Qualifications
