Engineering Manager II

About the role

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to build intelligent products using machine learning and AI. You will take ownership of payment intelligence products, working with your team to define development priorities and ensure the quality, delivery, and operation of shipped features. The role focuses on both technical leadership and people management, including career development and fostering a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists.
• Own the development, delivery, and operational quality of payment intelligence products.
• Collaborate with product managers to define product strategy and prioritize technical investments.
• Provide mentorship, 1:1 coaching, and career development support to team members.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, testing, and continuous learning.
