About the role
Kigen IT-Systemhaus is seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer to join their technical team and support managed service clients. The role involves independent management of client environments, focusing on Microsoft 365, security, and hybrid infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Teams for clients.
- Support hybrid environments including Active Directory, Entra Connect, and Exchange Hybrid.
- Implement and maintain security baselines, Conditional Access, and Defender configurations.
- Handle tickets, changes, and smaller projects.
- Contribute to automation efforts using PowerShell and Graph.
