IT Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

This role involves actively shaping and developing modern IT infrastructure rather than just maintaining it. You will be responsible for driving technical projects, optimizing processes, and ensuring the stability and security of network and server environments. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration across internal departments and with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Operate and further develop modern IT infrastructure
• Focus on network, infrastructure, and security topics
• Participate in and take responsibility for infrastructure projects
• Develop Microsoft, cloud, and hybrid environments
• Support server, storage, and network components
• Analyze and resolve complex 2nd and 3rd level incidents
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners
• Propose new ideas for process, security, and infrastructure optimization
