Product Compliance Manager

About the role

The Product Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring the compliance and integrity of all food supplement products. This role involves evaluating product formulations, manufacturing processes, and laboratory tests to ensure that all products are safe, effective, and meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of supplement formulations to ensure all products meet internal and external standards
• Compare laboratory and manufacturing data against label claims to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure stable production and assess ingredient interactions within products
• Interpret laboratory results to confirm product quality and safety requirements in collaboration with the Quality Assurance team
• Work closely with the Regulatory department to understand and implement relevant regulatory aspects
• Participate in change control processes and support the creation of product specifications
• Engage in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality and compliance
