About the role

Foundry is a standalone division within Instructure focused on generating new revenue through AI-built products. As a Pod Founder, you will act as a player-coach responsible for identifying and validating business problems, building products, and securing initial customers. You will own your pod's profit and loss while working alongside a Builder to bring new solutions to market.

Responsibilities

• Find and validate business problems by engaging with real customers.
• Author product specs, context, and customer findings.
• Work hands-on with a Builder and contribute to code when necessary.
• Secure pilot programs and drive products to general availability.
• Manage the pod's profit and loss and make strategic decisions based on performance gates.
