About the role
The Quality, Safety, and Environment Manager will oversee product quality performance, the company's quality management system, and safety and environmental policies. Reporting to the Group Quality, Safety, and Environment Director, the role involves leading a team of 10 to ensure compliance with client requirements and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the quality system by maintaining EN9100/ISO 9001 qualifications and client certifications.
- Animate internal quality processes and monitor subcontractor performance.
- Assist in managing client quality performance tracking.
- Lead the team in addressing and reducing internal non-quality issues.
- Coordinate metrological monitoring and manage FAI/DVI first manufacturing dossiers.
- Coordinate the qualification and monitoring of special processes.
- Drive the company's safety and environmental initiatives.
- Manage and develop the quality and control team of 10 people.
