About the role

As a PTA or pharmacist, you will share your pharmaceutical expertise by conducting on-site training sessions in pharmacies. You will focus on product knowledge, sales techniques, and improving advisory quality at the point of sale to support the Haleon brand portfolio. This role involves market analysis, project work, and the continuous development of training concepts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct on-site training sessions in pharmacies regarding product and sales topics.
• Provide expertise on Haleon brands and support optimal product placement in pharmacies.
• Develop the advisory quality of pharmacy teams to strengthen active recommendations at the point of sale.
• Analyze market developments, competitor activities, and trends in the pharmacy environment.
• Participate in the development of training concepts, webinars, and learning formats.
