About the role

As a PTA Trainer in the field, you will apply and share your pharmaceutical expertise to support the Haleon brand portfolio, including products like Voltaren, Fenistil, and Vitasprint. You will be responsible for conducting on-site training in pharmacies, enhancing consulting quality, and providing insights into market trends. This role focuses on knowledge transfer and strengthening product recommendations at the point of sale.

Responsibilities

• Planning and conducting on-site training in pharmacies regarding product and sales topics.
• Providing in-depth knowledge of the Haleon brand portfolio and supporting optimal product placement.
• Developing the consulting quality of pharmacy teams to strengthen active recommendations.
• Analyzing market developments, competitor activities, and trends in the pharmacy environment.
• Contributing to the development of training concepts, webinars, and learning formats.
