About the role

As a PTA, you will act as a trainer in the field to share pharmaceutical expertise and support the Haleon brand portfolio. You will be responsible for conducting on-site training in pharmacies, providing product expertise, and developing the advisory quality of pharmacy teams. This role focuses on strengthening recommendations at the point of sale through structured training and market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Planning and conducting on-site training in pharmacies and in-depth sessions on product and sales topics.
• Communicating knowledge about the Haleon brand world and supporting optimal product placement.
• Developing the advisory quality of pharmacy teams to strengthen active recommendations at the point of sale.
• Analyzing market developments, competitor activities, and trends in the pharmacy environment.
• Contributing to the development of training concepts, webinars, and other learning formats.
