About the role

As a PTA or Pharmacist, you will act as a trainer in the field to share pharmaceutical expertise and drive sales performance for Haleon brands. You will be responsible for conducting on-site training in pharmacies, enhancing advisory quality, and providing insights into market trends. This role focuses on knowledge transfer and supporting the optimal presentation of products at the point of sale.

Responsibilities

• Planning and conducting on-site training sessions in pharmacies regarding product and sales topics.
• Providing in-depth knowledge of the Haleon brand portfolio and supporting product placement.
• Developing the advisory quality of pharmacy teams to strengthen active recommendations at the point of sale.
• Analyzing market developments, competitor activities, and trends within the pharmacy environment.
• Contributing to the development of training concepts, webinars, and learning formats.
