Lead Product Manager, Customer Portal

About the role

The Lead Product Manager for the Customer Portal will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the platform that enables customers to configure products and manage verification sessions. This role begins as an individual contributor focused on product craft and influence, with a clear trajectory toward building and managing a team. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between technical sustainability and commercial growth, ensuring the portal serves as a key driver for acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Customer Portal area, aligned with commercial revenue drivers.
• Conduct continuous customer discovery to translate needs into well-defined problem statements and sequenced roadmaps.
• Make transparent prioritization and trade-off decisions across product ambition, technical sustainability, and business urgency.
• Define success metrics before development and hold the team accountable to outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, GTM, Fraud Ops, and Design to turn internal expertise into customer-facing products.
• Manage product launches, including internal platform releases and external GTM strategies.
• Mentor product managers and eventually build and lead the product team.
