About the role

The Go to Market Scaling Manager will optimize the performance, positioning, and monetization of the Heartbeat AI energy platform within the German market. This role involves fine-tuning pricing and packaging strategies while collaborating across product, tech, sales, and marketing teams to ensure the market performs at its full potential. You will translate technical constraints into commercial decisions and drive initiatives to capture value in a mature market.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance and monetization of Heartbeat AI within the German market.
• Fine-tune pricing and packaging strategies to identify and capture untapped value.
• Develop a deep understanding of unit economics to shape monetization strategy.
• Translate technical constraints into commercial decisions and commercial priorities into technical requirements.
• Track market performance using data to identify underperforming areas and drive concrete actions.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives across tech, sales, and marketing teams.
• Report to the Go-to-Market Director and present performance updates to senior leadership.
