About the role

Hochheiden Hausverwaltung GmbH is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Berlin with a clear development path toward becoming a WEG-Manager. The role involves managing inquiries from owners, tenants, and service providers, coordinating maintenance and modernization measures, and documenting processes within digital systems. Candidates will work closely with WEG-managers, accounting, and technical teams to gain experience and take on increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Process inquiries from owners, tenants, and service providers independently and reliably.
• Record damage reports, structure necessary information, and coordinate next steps.
• Oversee maintenance and modernization measures.
• Commission service providers, obtain quotes and feedback, and monitor deadlines and responsibilities.
• Prepare decisions and follow up on processes until completion.
• Review property documents, contracts, and real estate industry documents.
• Document all processes completely in digital systems.
• Collaborate closely with WEG-managers, accounting, and technical contacts.
