Responsibilities

• Process inquiries from owners, tenants, and service providers independently and reliably.
• Record damage reports, structure necessary information, and coordinate next steps.
• Oversee maintenance and modernization measures.
• Commission service providers, obtain quotes, and monitor deadlines and responsibilities.
• Prepare decisions and follow up on processes until completion.
• Review property documents, contracts, and real estate records.
• Document all processes in digital systems.
• Collaborate with WEG managers, accounting, and technical contacts.
