First RevOps

About the role

Parallel is seeking its first RevOps professional to build and scale internal operations as the company grows. You will own the CRM end-to-end, automate manual workflows across sales, marketing, and finance, and ensure data reliability to support the company's expansion. This role is highly hands-on, requiring you to build solutions, define metrics, and implement AI-driven automations to streamline internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure the CRM, including data models, pipelines, and workflows.
• Connect the CRM to the existing tech stack to eliminate manual steps.
• Map and prioritize repetitive tasks across departments for automation.
• Build automations, integrations, and AI use cases using no-code/low-code tools and APIs.
• Define priority metrics and build dashboards to ensure reliable reporting.
• Document internal processes and train team members on new systems.

Qualifications
