People & Talent Lead

About the role

Kestra is seeking its first dedicated People hire to lead recruitment and operations as the company scales from 50 to 100 employees. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, overseeing international People operations, and developing performance and compensation frameworks. You will work closely with the founders to build scalable processes and support a distributed team across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Coordinate international People operations including payroll, benefits, and employment contracts.
• Design and implement effective onboarding processes for new hires.
• Develop and run performance review, salary, and equity administration cycles.
• Facilitate internal communication and team-building routines for a distributed workforce.
• Provide data-driven insights on hiring, headcount, and employment costs to leadership.
