Working Student - Business Operations

About the role

Cofinity-X is seeking a motivated working student to provide administrative and operational support across various support functions including HR, Finance, Procurement, and Legal. The role involves assisting with documentation, coordinating meetings, and supporting day-to-day business processes to ensure operational efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of business topics while contributing to ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support across Support Functions teams including HR & Office, Finance, Procurement, and Legal
• Assist with the coordination and maintenance of documentation, records, and internal systems
• Support day-to-day business processes and help ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Coordinate meetings, stakeholder communication, and follow-up on action items
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business materials
• Track deadlines and support ongoing projects and initiatives across different functions
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, collaboration, and operational efficiency
• Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and gain exposure to a variety of business topics and projects

Qualifications
