Founding Software Engineer

About the role

Odin is building investment infrastructure for private markets, acting as a platform for launching and running investment firms. As a founding engineer, you will own significant parts of the product, shape engineering workflows, and leverage AI to build efficient, regulated financial systems. You will work on a platform that handles legal structuring, payments, and compliance for a global user base.

Responsibilities

• Own significant parts of the product and ship features directly impacting customers
• Set engineering standards through high-quality code and architectural reviews
• Redesign engineering workflows to integrate AI effectively
• Make architectural decisions for non-trivial production systems
• Collaborate on complex financial and compliance-related infrastructure
