Founding GTM Lead

About the role

The Founding GTM Lead will own the go-to-market strategy and execution for Remanence, focusing on identifying target customers and driving commercial growth. Working closely with the founders and technical team, this role involves managing the full sales cycle, translating customer insights into product priorities, and establishing the company's commercial foundations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle with enterprises and vertical AI companies, from prospecting and discovery through pilots, contracts and expansion.
• Lead customer pilots alongside engineers and researchers.
• Define clear success criteria, demonstrate business value and convert successful pilots into broader deployments.
• Help shape the product through customer insight by identifying recurring needs and helping the team prioritize.
• Navigate enterprise buying processes, coordinating security reviews, procurement and legal discussions.
• Build GTM foundations including positioning, pricing, packaging, pipeline management and a sales playbook.
• Help tell the company story through customer case studies, content, events and partnerships.
