About the role

The role involves supporting clients across three core areas: maintaining lean IT infrastructure, managing Microsoft 365 environments, and implementing automation for manual processes. You will act as a primary point of contact for fixed clients, balancing infrastructure maintenance with the development of automated workflows. The position allows for professional growth by starting in your areas of strength and expanding into new technical domains.

Responsibilities

• Feste Kunden betreuen und ihr Ansprechpartner für die IT sein, remote und vor Ort
• Microsoft 365 einrichten, aufräumen und betreuen (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
• Netzwerk, Firewalls, Sicherung und Geräte einrichten und pflegen
• Bei IT-Checks Bestand aufnehmen und die Sofortmaßnahmen danach umsetzen
• Wiederkehrende Abläufe beim Kunden finden und mit Power Automate, n8n oder Make automatisieren
• Mitarbeiter unserer Kunden in Microsoft 365 und neuen Abläufen einweisen
• Systeme, Abläufe und Automatisierungen so dokumentieren, dass jeder im Team übernehmen kann
