Senior System Engineer Microsoft 365 and Automation

About the role

The Senior System Engineer will be responsible for the operation, further development, and automation of Microsoft 365, Azure, and identity environments. This role involves managing hybrid identity and directory services, analyzing and automating manual processes, and leading technical projects. The engineer will also play a central role in resolving complex system, synchronization, and authorization issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID environments including hybrid identity and directory services.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, group policies, and Exchange (on-premises and online).
• Design and maintain MFA and Conditional Access policies.
• Analyze and automate manual processes using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and REST APIs.
• Develop and document scripts and workflows for the user lifecycle.
• Resolve complex synchronization, authentication, and authorization issues as 3rd-level support.
• Plan, lead, and implement IT projects and migrations while coordinating with stakeholders.

Qualifications
