About the role

The Junior System Engineer will support the operation, development, and automation of Microsoft 365, Azure, and identity environments. The role involves administering platforms, managing hybrid identity services, and automating manual processes to improve system efficiency. You will also participate in technical projects and evolve into a key contact for complex system, synchronization, and authorization issues.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and development of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and hybrid identity services
• Assist with user management, permissions, and the implementation of MFA and Conditional Access policies
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies
• Support the administration of on-premises and online Exchange infrastructure
• Analyze manual processes and implement automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and REST-APIs
• Develop and maintain scripts for user lifecycle management and interface connections
• Troubleshoot synchronization, authentication, and authorization issues within 2nd and 3rd level support
• Participate in IT projects and migrations while maintaining technical documentation
