About the role

The Chief of Staff will work directly alongside the CEO to translate company strategy into clear priorities and manage the operating cadence of the leadership team. This role involves driving high-priority cross-functional initiatives, structuring ambiguous problems into actionable recommendations, and acting as a trusted proxy for the CEO. The position is essential for maintaining alignment and focus within a fast-scaling organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the CEO to develop company strategy and translate it into clear priorities.
• Own the operating cadence that keeps the leadership team aligned and accountable.
• Drive the highest-priority cross-functional initiatives end to end.
• Structure ambiguous, company-level questions into sharp analysis and clear recommendations.
• Own board meetings, investor updates, and leadership offsites.
• Build operating rhythms such as goal-setting, reporting, and business reviews.
• Act as a trusted proxy for the CEO across internal and external meetings.
• Support special projects across strategy, operations, and fundraising.
